Order of the Supreme Court of India regarding sanitation and cleanliness of the Kalkaji Mandir Complex, New Delhi, 15/12/2015 [1]

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Kalkaji Mandir Vikreta Sangathan-II & Others Vs Piyush Joshi & Others dated 15/12/2015 regarding sanitation and cleanliness of the Kalkaji Mandir Complex, New Delhi.

Counsel appearing for the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) submitted before the Court that the garbage and any other material which is being dumped in patches of green land will be cleared by 15.01.2016 and the DDA will in coordination with the Department of Horticulture shall see to it that appropriate green patches are developed. 
 
South Delhi Municipal Corporation stated before the Court that garbage shall be lifted from identified places in and around Kalkaji Mandir Complex on regular basis so that the atmosphere is kept clean. If there is any dirt, the Corporation will be squarely responsible.
