Judgement of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of National Building Construction Corporation Ltd & Others Vs Khosmendir Singh Gahunia & Others dated 02/09/2016 regarding the complete cordoning of a public road - Veer Chandra Sigh Garhwali Marg for the re-development of Kidwai Nagar East, Delhi.
The Court makes it clear that as the project for re-development has received the statutory approvals, it is necessary to facilitate the completion of the project on schedule.
