Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Re: Felling of trees in Aarey Forest dated 07/10/2019 regarding felling of trees in Aarey, Borivali, Mumbai. Tushar Mehta, Solicitor General appearing for the state of Maharashtra has stated before the SC that no more tree would be cut till the next date of hearing.
