Order of the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in the matter of Suo Motu Vs State of Gujarat dated 15/06/2021 regarding vaccination to combat Covid-19 in Gujarat.
The High Court directed the state of Gujarat to take all necessary actions to improve the health infrastructure in the state considering the "likelihood of third wave of pandemic by vigorously following testing, tracing and treatment".

The state government has been asked to place on record the action plan, if any, prepared to meet the possible third wave of Covid-19 and the HC listed the matter for July 2, 2021.
