The Department of Agriculture, Co-operation and Farmers Welfare on June 23, 2021 has published a draft of Insecticides (Amendment) Rules, 2021 to further amend the Insecticides Rules, 1971 and to inform all persons likely to be affected thereby. The draft Rules will be taken into consideration after the expiry of 15 days from the date on which the copies of this notification as published in the Gazette of India are made available to the public that is June 23, 2021.
