Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS & Others Vs Union of India & Others.
The petitioners have submitted that:

(i) There are shortages in the procurement of antiretroviral drugs (ART) drugs in India
(ii) The tender for 2021-22, which was due in August 2021, was issued in December 2021 and eventually failed and
(iii) A fresh tender was issued in March 2022.
The SC issued notice to the Central Government and asked for a report within two weeks.
