In exercise of power conferred by Clause 9.1 of "Renewable Energy Delivery Policy, 2013" approved by Financial and Infrastructure Committee of the Council of Ministers of Nepal dated 2069/10/14 (January 27, 2013), the Ministry has framed this mechanism. This mechanism shall come into effect from the date of approval from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment.
