This Report is based on the submissions made by the Secretary of the Department of Heavy Industry and its Senior Officers and other materials such as the Background Notes etc. also the information submitted by the representatives of SIAM, ACMA, FADA, ASIA and replies to the questionnaire furnished by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
