Ethiopia is one of the poorest countries in the world. Significant measures are taken on all levels to changes this fact. With a growing population, expanding economy and booming industry development important steps are taken to lift the country towards a more stable and secure economy. Development must, however, progress in a sustainable manor to prevent exhaustion and depletion of natural resources. If this is possible, Ethiopia has the potential to become a middle-income nation it strives towards.
