Govt of India announced guidelines for ‘Unlock 4’ on 29 August, which will remain in force till September 30. Metro services will be allowed to operate with effect from Sept 7 in graded manner. The Ministry of Home Affairs said that there shall be no restriction on inter-State and intra-State movement of persons and goods, and no separate permission/ e-permit will be required for such movements during Unlock 4.
