Report of the working group on mineral exploration and development (other than coal and lignite) for the twelfth five year plan: Sub Group III - fiscal measures, infrastructure development & environment [1]

The Planning Commission, Government of India constituted the Working Group on Mineral Exploration & Development (other than Coal & Lignite) in the context of formulation of 12th Five Year Plan (2002-2017) under the Chairmanship of Secretary, Ministry of Mines, Government of India vide Office Order No. I &M -3(24)/2010 dated 23.02.2011 with Terms of Reference of four Sub-Groups. Sub Group III is on Fiscal Measures, Infrastructure Development & Environment. This report has been prepared by the Sub Group III taking into consideration the terms of reference of the Sub Group.
