The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) on March 29, 2023 issued the Draft Food Safety and Standards (Foods for Infant Nutrition) Amendment Regulations, 2023 to further amend the Food Safety and Standards (Foods for Infant Nutrition) Regulations, 2020. The following has been amended namely: In regulation 7(1) (g), in table serial No.34 which states Selenium has been substituted. In regulation 8(1) (e), in the table the serial number 11 which states Selenium has been substituted. In regulation 9(f)(1), in the table, serial number 15 which states Iron, mg has been substituted.
