Diffusion of renewable energy technologies: case studies of enabling frameworks in developing countries [1]

This edition of the Technology Transfer Perspectives Series focuses on how to create an 'enabling framework' for the diffusion of renewable energy technologies in developing countries. The nine case studies from around the world provide examples of policies for the diffusion of specific technologies such as solar, wind and biomass, as well as the establishment of broader frameworks targeting a portfolio of renewable technologies.
