An Application filed on behalf of the State of Meghalaya praying that the two points where the Committee constituted by the Tribunal has directed installation of weigh bridges for the purposes of weighing extracted coal in transportation be shifted to some other points of exit to Assam.

The Counsel appearing for the Applicants submit that they are finding serious difficulties in transporting the already extracted coal in terms of the Orders of the Tribunal as the State has not provided the requisite infrastructure and facilities regulating the transportation of the same.
