The matter related to the group housing project under the name 'Grand Hyatt Gurgaon Residencies' in revenue estate on a land measuring 17.191 acres. The land falls in Sector 58 village Ghata, Gurugram and being developed by IREO Hospitality Company, Pvt. Ltd. alongwith other land-owning companies.
