Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Bharat Bhushan Uppal Vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Others regarding desilting of storm water drains, Inderpuri, Delhi. It is stated before the Tribunal that desilting of the storm water drain is being done on priority but because of inflow of sewage due to defective pipe line installed by the DJB, the process has become difficult. However, the process is continues and it is assured that within short period the desilting would be completed making the storm water drain free flow.
