Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding fuel adulteration resulting in increased level of air pollution, 28/04/2016

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Cherub Singla Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 28/04/2016 regarding fuel adulteration resulting in increased level of air pollution. The Respondents are MoEF, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gases and CPCB. CPCB has yet to resond and has requested the Tribunal for two weeks time to submit the reply.
