Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Nitin Singhvi Vs The Commissioner, Nagar Palika Nigam, Raipur & Others dated 19th January, 2018 regarding solid waste management in the city of Raipur, Chhattisgarh. It has been observed that the solid waste management rules have not been complied with by the Municipal Corporation Raipur.
