Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Hariram Singh & Others Vs State of Bihar dated 14/01/2019 regarding old model vehicles being converted to new model vehicles by giving Nagaland numbers with the connivance of Bharat Petroleum Company Limited (BPCL) and Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and Transport Department Officers at Muzaffarpur, Bihar for transportation of clinker (dust of coal) causing lot of pollution.
