Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Shailesh Singh V/s. Respondents submitted before National Green Tribunal that they will be presenting a chart giving data of water consumed per day in relation to the standard utilities in respective Hotels.

Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board shall submit a report based on the analysis of the STP discharge and also the green area available in the premises of the respective hotels where the STP water could be used and also report for what purpose the sewage water can be used.

Five hotels are arrayed as the respondents in the present application seeking restoration of environment and measures to protect the ground water level.
