Counsel for the MoEF submits that term of EAC having expired matter could not be taken up for consideration and that new EAC is under the process of constitution. In the light of the above,

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of P.C. Sharma Vs. M/s Proctor and Gamble Home Product Ltd. & Others dated 29/03/2016 regarding clearances granted by Gujarat SEIAA and MPSEIAA in respect of M/s Spectrum Chemicals Ltd. and Shri Vinod Kumar Shukla, M/s RSPL Ltd. On the basis of which it has been contended that similar products are being manufactured by the Respondents Company P&G for which they were required to obtain EC from Gujrat SEIAA and MPSEIAA.
