Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ojasvi Party Vs. State of Delhi dated 20/12/2017 regarding blood of slaughtered animals flowing directly into the river Yamuna. Court directs that no blood of slaughtered animals shall be allowed to flow directly into the river Yamuna as it clearly violates the provisions of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.

Judgement of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ojasvi Party Vs Ministry of Environment Forest dated 11/07/2017. The Applicant has alleged that Manoj Mishra and his fellow colleagues have filed several petitions in the guise of protection of environment and have adversely affected the environmental religious rights of the Hindu citizens by restraining them from immersing idols and other materials into the river Yamuna and declaring cracking of fire crackers and cremation of dead bodies by Hindus as polluting to the environment.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ojasvi Party Vs. State of Delhi dated 13/01/2016 regarding slaughter of animals resulting in flowing of blood directly into river Yamuna.

Counsel appearing for DPCC submits that for rendering effective and complete justice in this matter, it is necessary that all municipal authorities of Delhi - EDMC, SDMC, NDMC, New Delhi Municipal Council and Delhi Cantonment Board be made parties in the present Application.
