Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Pradeep Kumar Mittal Vs. Ministry of Environment & Forests & Climate Change dated 25/02/2016 regarding aerial ropeway to Jakhu hill, Himachal Pradesh.

The Project Proponent gives an undertaking to this Tribunal that they would plant 300 trees in Jakhu Hill itself as they have already cut 31 trees for completing of the project in question. They further give an undertaking that they would remove the concretisation of the Trees in the Jakhu Hill.
