Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sangam Vihar Residents Welfare Association & Others Vs Ministry of Environment & Forest & Others dated 24/04/2017 regarding municipal solid waste management in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

NGT directs the Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam to explore the possibility of out-sourcing the MSW composting to avoid further continuous degradation of the atmosphere and adverse impact on the environment besides the life the local residents.
