Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Dr. Subhash C. Pandey & Others Vs. State of MP & Others dated 24/11/2014 regarding encroachments on the riverbed of river Kaliasote. The Tribunal was informed that on 21.10.2014 a meeting was held by the Joint Director, Town & Country Planning Department wherein it was held that demarcation of the river boundary shall be done by the total State machinery and police protection shall be provided to the survey team.
