It is stated that such failure is resulting in damage to the environment and public health. Waste includes garbage generated in meat markets.

The Haryana State Pollution Control Board shall conduct inspection and issue appropriate guidelines for prevention and control of Air Pollution as well, and in relation to disposal of Municipal Solid Waste in accordance with law.
