Report by the Erode city municipal corporation submitted to the National Green Tribunal on the matter of dried Cauvery river filled up with waste water.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata) in the matter of Tribunal on its Motion Vs State of West Bengal & Others dated 21/11/2016 regarding dumping of garbages at Rajiv Nagar, North 24 Parganas from South Dum Dum, Dum Dum, North Dum Dum and New Barrackpore Municipalities.

NGT directs Department of Municipal Affairs, to monitor the activities of all the municipalities in dealing with the area in question, particularly with the dumping and disposal of waste materials.
