Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vinod Yadav Vs. State of Haryana & Others dated 17/03/2016 regarding muck lying on the roadside after cleaning of drains, Haryana.

Counsel appearing for the Respondents states that he would ensure in future that the material recovered upon the cleaning of the drain would not be stored on the roads and the same would be taken to the appropriate site without any delay. He further states that they will also ensure that the drains are kept clean so that there is no adverse impact on human health.
