NGT had asked the State Pollution Control Board, State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Andhra Pradesh, State of Andhra Pradesh and National Coastal Zone Management Authority (NCZMA) to file an affidavit on the matter but SPCB alone had filed the affidavit.
