Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Bishnu Prasad Mishro Vs State of Odisha & Other dated 21/05/2019 regarding action taken in respect of 604 non-compliant brick kilns apart from the 640 which have been already identified. The matter has come before the Tribunal after 24.11.2017. The State PCB had sought time then to file file affidavit containing the information in this regard. But the Court finds the affidavits filed by the State PCB inadequate.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata) in the matter of Bishnu Prasad Mishro Vs State of Odisha & Others dated 21/08/2017 regarding fly ash brick units operating without clearance Ganjam District, Odisha. Counsel representing the fly ash brick units has sought permission to sell the existing stock of fly ash bricks produced by them prior to passing of the interim order dated 24.4.2017 undertaking that they shall not manufacture such bricks before obtaining NOC from the Central Ground Water Authority. NGT has agreed to the request.
