Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Essar Bulk Terminal Limited & Others Vs The State of Gujarat & Others dated 29/03/2019 regarding expansion of port limits in Hazira. Supreme Court directs that “Out of 195 hectares of reclaimed land, 140 hectares will be further leased to Essar Bulk Terminal Limited and 55 Hectares land will be kept by GMB for future project.”
