Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Hafiz & Others Vs Union of India & Others dated 29/08/2019 regarding Enkasa Mines and Minerals Pvt. Ltd., engaged in the illegal transporting of mined materials through forest of Ghoghor, Bharatpur District, Rajasthan. The application states that the miners have illegally laid a road in the forest land regarding which several complaints were lodged with the Forest Department. The laying of the road without permission from the competent authorities like the forest department, itself requires order of restrain for using of road.
