Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Raj Rajeshwari Techno Fab Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Member Secretary, UE PPCB & Others dated 28/03/2016 regarding pollution caused by the industry - Raj Rajeshwari Techno Fab Pvt. Ltd., Uttarakhand.

The Counsel appearing on behalf of the State Pollution Control Board and Central Pollution Control Board submit that joint inspection of the industry will be carried out within two weeks and the report of the inspection will be presented before the Tribunal on the next date of hearing.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Southern Zone, Chennai) in the matter of Chinnapaiyan, Edappadi Taluk,Vs.Member Secretary, Tamil Nadu State Pollution Control Board, Chennai dated 04/09/2015 regarding illegal dredging / quarrying of Veppampatti lake having an extent of 350 acres of land (approximately 120 hectares) from which water overflows through channels into the Sarabanga river.
