The Applicant has also prayed for issuance of of appropriate directions for closure of the said Punjabi Club and similar nature clubs, situated within 100 mts. radius of any hospital in order to enforce the ‘silence zone’ as stipulated in the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000 and the comprehensive guidelines framed by the UPPCB.

This Appeal assails the Environmental Clearance (EC) granted to stone mining (Minor Mineral Mining) with proposed production capacity of 9.0 Million TPA (ROM) of stone in mining lease area measuring 53.03 Hectares at Khasra No. 91, 96, 97, 98, 99, 102 and 103 of Village Rajawas, Tehsil and District Mahendergarh, Haryana in favour of M/s R.S Joint Venture on 3rd July, 2015.
