Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of M/s. Pyrocast India Private Limited Vs. Haryana State Pollution Control Board dated 14/12/2016 regarding pollution caused by M/s. Pyrocast India Private Limited, Haryana. Haryana State Pollution Control Board has submitted before NGT the short-comings of the industry. It was also brought before the notice of NGT that the industrial unit of the applicant also did not have consent to operate.
