Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of R.C. Jain Vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 22/01/2014 regarding the issue of waste management by East Delhi Municipal Corporation. NGT has also ordered the "The DDA as well as the East Delhi Municipal Corporation shall file appropriate affidavit in relation to the various sites which are proposed for the purpose of dumping as well as segregation of the waste materials and the exact waste management scheme which they propose".
