Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of S. K. Udyog Ltd. Vs Punjab Pollution Control Board & Ors. dated 21/12/2015 regarding noise pollution caused by S. K. Udyog Ltd.
The Punjab Pollution Control Board is directed to depute a responsible officer to visit the factory premises to assess the grievances of noise and vibrations generated from working of hammers in the industry, measure the noise and vibrations level and report back to us on the next date of hearing.
