Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sanjeev Kumar Vs Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board & Others dated 06/12/2022.

The NGT, December 6, 2022 directed a committee to be constituted to look into the matter of lack of green belt and sewage treatment plant in Sidhharth Vihar Yojna, a scheme of Awas Vikas Parishad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The committee has to submit a report within one month, the court said.
