Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Yogendra Mohan Sengupta Vs. Union of India & Others dated 05/09/2017 regarding construction activity in 17 green belts of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Counsel appearing for the state of Himachal Pradesh has informed the National Green Tribunal that they are planning to file the Integrated Development Plan of Shimla and the Applicant (Yogendra Mohan Sengupta) would file the report of CAG particularly with reference to the landslides.
