After weeding out the anomalies, the Santa Cruz Panchayat, on Tuesday, finalised the draft RP 2021, prepared by the special committee, with a recommendation for VP2 status for the village.
However, to take care of the housing needs of the villagers with limited budget to buy land, the panel also recommended that plots admeasuring 350 square metres and less be allowed to use 80% FAR.
