The State Spokesperson of Bharatiya Janata Party Umashankar Gupta said that most of the states of country are facing water crisis. In fact it is the result of remaining neutral for long term, not including basic facts in scheme, exploitation of natural resources, and lacking in control. For this none other but only Congress is responsible.
