NEW DELHI: Warren Anderson had met Foreign Secretary M.K. Rasgotra in New Delhi at his South Block office before he flew out of the country the same night, the retired official has confirmed in a television interview. Anderson had come alone, and the meeting lasted 20 minutes or so.
