CHANDIGARH: Haryana's Irrigation Minister Ajay Singh Yadav on Monday demanded that the Punjab Government initiate action against those who caused breaches in the Ghaggar river and diverted water into the Sutlej-Yamuna Link (SYL) canal. Punjab has claimed that the breaches in the SYL canal falling in Patiala district are being plugged.
