P Chidambaram Union home minister P Chidambaram will head a reconstituted Group of Ministers (GoM) to look at relief and rehabilitation measures arising out of the Bhopal gas disaster that killed 15,000 people in one night in 1984.

Earlier, Arjun Singh was heading the panel, as he was the state chief minister when it occurred. He is no longer part of the government.

New Delhi: With growing criticism of the verdict on the Bhopal gas leak disaster, the government on Wednesday reconstituted a group of ministers (GoM) to go into a range of issues relating to the December 1984 incident.
