Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Centre for Human Rights Vs. Chief Secretary, Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 13/01/2016 with reference to the order dated 6th April, 2015 for the demarcation of ponds at villages Ladpur, Neb Sarai, Shahipur, Kanjhawal, Mangolpur Kalan, Delhi.
Applicant submits that nothing has been placed before the tribunal as to the progress in demarcation of the pond at the said villages.
Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Centre for Human Rights Vs. Chief Secretary, Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 16/11/2015 regarding illegal encroachments of the water bodies in Delhi.
In compliance to the order of the Tribunal, the DDA has filed the Status report in relation to the water bodies under their jurisdiction. The Tribunal has directed the Counsel appearing for the NCT Delhi to file the Status report in relation to the remaining water bodies.
