Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Chander Mohan Sharma & Others Vs State of Himachal Pradesh & Others dated 17/10/2022.

The National Green Tribunal (NGT) directed that a high powered committee should look into the matter of illegal construction at Mohal Dhar Tuti Kandi, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. The committee should be headed by the Secretary, Urban Development, Himachal Pradesh. Remedial action in accordance with law must be taken, the NGT, October 17, 2022 said.
