Judgement of the Gujarat High Court regarding Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone, 13/01/2014

Gujarat HC ordered shutdown of 12 units in Adani Ports & SEZ located in Mundra, Kutch district with immediate effect. Has also directed the environment ministry to re-look into this, within 30 days, after taking into account the report submitted by Sunita Narain led committee in April 2013.
