Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Suo Motu Uttarakhand Human Rights Commission Vs. Chief Secretary, Govt. of Uttarakhand & Others dated 05/06/2017 regarding disposal of sewage in river Kausi and Ganga, Uttarakhand. NGT directs the Chief Secretary, State of Uttarakhand to resolve the issue with regard to both the projects, namely the STP as well as the MSW site.
