Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Zumbarlal Dnyanoba Murkute Vs Dr. Nitin Virsingh Daliya & Others dated 27/03/2019 regarding illegal discharge of untreated effluents in the environment by Dr. Nitin Virsingh Daliya in the course of his business of running a hospital, resort and party hall known as Nityanand Institute of Medical Science. There is no proper waste management arrangement and untreated effluent is continuously discharged from the establishment causing massive damage to the environment.
