The State Authorities on Tuesday came under fire from High Court for failing to enforce the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000 effectively in Chinchinim village in Salcete.
These rules may be called the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) (Amendment) Rules, 2009. They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.
